How we handle your data
This notice explains what personal data this website collects and how NOUSERU uses it. It applies to nouseru website visitors and to anyone who contacts us through the contact form.
Who is responsible
The controller of your personal data is NOUSERU OÜ. For any privacy question, write to ullar@nouseru.com.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, organisation (optional), email address, the capacity you contact us in, and your message.
- Technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) for security and troubleshooting. Your IP address is also used, in hashed form, for up to one hour to stop the contact form being abused.
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or third-party fonts. All fonts, images and the brand film are served from our own server.
Why we use it
We use contact-form data only to reply to your enquiry and to follow up on the conversation you started, on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. We never sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation and for no more than 24 months after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law. Server logs are kept according to our hosting provider’s standard retention.
Who processes it
The website and email are hosted by Zone Media OÜ (Zone.ee) in the European Union. Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time by writing to the contact above. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority; in Estonia this is the Andmekaitse Inspektsioon (www.aki.ee).
